I really like this store for getting leather objects repaired. I have taken backpacks, fanny packs, and shoes here and have been satisfied with the work. About a year ago, I brought something to repair and was (pleasantly) surprised when the lady who works at the front counter advised me to not have it repaired as it would be less costly to just replace the item. I appreciated her forthrightness, she did not have to do that.
Was referred by a friend and even though the service provided was expensive; my shoes were repaired and looked like they were practically new. After several texts from and to the repairman, he was successful and I am very pleased.
This was my first time ever using this company to repair my shoes and so far, I am thoroughly impressed! They came highly recommended by a friend. Considering the fact that I have lived in my area for 23 plus years now, it was shocking to find out from the gentleman in the store that they have been there for 22! Needless to say they have staying power and are obviously doing something right! I look forward to the results of my shoes as my friend always Raves about the wonderful work they do!
