If you go in for a consultation be sure to ask how much anything they do will cost, they say if you sign up its refundable within a 10 day period, which also takes forever and is like pulling teeth if you want to cancel. But dont take any tests or any thing until you are absolutley sure your willing to throw 5k at this thing thay will have varied results from Person to person. I got it refunded but since i took the DNA test during my consultstatuon theyre now charging me $450 dollars for some DNA test that i havent even looked at. Whole thing is probably a scam and thr consulatation isnt even in person you do it over the a zoom call with people who dont seem very prepared and then when you express doubts of doing it theyll say anything to get you to reconsider throwing your money at them. DO NOT GO HERE. Your probably better of trying Finestride and minixidil. Its the same thing these clowns are doing but they charge you 5k for it.

NEW CLIENTS PLEASE READ: I had an appointment for a consultation scheduled for 6:00pm. When taken back, a woman took up close pictures of my hair and uploaded them to a laptop. She then told me the consultation was actually VIRTUAL which I was not aware of, which is not the end of the world but was weird when I expected a consultation to be at least where they could see my hair up close. But then, the woman tells me they’re waiting for someone to be available. 5-10 minutes go by and I was so confused — why would you not have someone ready to see me when this was a scheduled appointment? She apologized and said this “usually” doesn’t happen. Well, I sat there for 30 MINUTES. 30 MINUTES in front of a laptop with the lady scrambling around in her teams messages trying to coordinate with whoever was supposed to do my consultation I suppose. I mentioned to the lady I had my dog in the car (windows down around 70 degrees and she’s used to it) not expecting to have to wait so long. She sent a message relaying this to some people and the AUDACITY — after making ME WAIT 30 MINUTES someone in the messages made fun of me saying “why did she bring her dog 😂” Her laptop was turned so she probably didn’t think I saw it but I couldn’t believe it. I politely told her I was going to leave. She apologized and said they would call me. The lady who helped me was pleasant and I don’t think this was really her fault at all. Regardless, I don’t think I’ve ever been to a place where I truly HATED everything about the experience. I left feeling like I wasted my time and honestly just feeling worthless as a customer and person in general. If this is how they treat potential clients I have no idea how they stay in business. I’ve been getting calls from a number that I think might be them but they’ve never left a message so I don’t bother. Long story short: GO ANYWHERE EXCEPT HERE!!!!

Hair Club Raleigh center is great. Super friendly staff. My stylist Bonnie has worked with me 13 years. She has helped me in so many ways. Bonnie is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and sweet.
