I had an install scheduled by another stylist that never showed up and Hair by Royal was able to squeeze me in same day! It was last minute so I was nervous but she was very professional and the style came out great. Her mother (who I absolutely adore) came in to braid down my hair. She is the sweetest and very knowledgeable! I have a sensitive scalp but she listened to my concerns and did not braid my hair tight. My edges are still in tact thank you Jesus! I have always had trouble getting installs and avoid them for this reason, but Hair by Royal was able to lay the hair down without damaging my natural hair underneath.
