I didn't think one massage could loosen my tight neck and upper back but Joe did it in one hour! He integrates knowledge from his 20 years of experience and studies with different massage experts. I've had a lot of massages but he did some techniques I have never had done before.

I have been a regular at Guided Touch Therapies since I moved to Raleigh over a year ago. The massage is an excellent experience yielding relaxation and stress relief. Joseph Lizana has a gentle, yet strong touch. He always seems to intuitively find the tight muscles and works to restore them to a more relaxed form, thus allowing me to start the next week in a more relaxed state. I highly recommend Guided Touch Therapies. It is an experience well worth the visit.

I decided to get connective tissue work with Joseph after experiencing an immense amount of tension in my shoulders during my visit to North Carolina. The pain and tension in my shoulders were reduced significantly after just one session. Aside from the amazing physical results, Joseph is a really kind person who radiates positive energy. I felt safe in his presence.
