I love going to this shop. It's convenient to my place of employment, the online check-in is a breeze, the upbeat atmosphere and friendly staff is fab! I want to thank Karen in particular for giving me the perfect cut at my last visit. I keep my hair short and she always gets it right. This time I tried something a little different, and it came out better than ever. I got so many compliments! Thanks again, Karen. ?

Great Clips was great!

I do enjoy being able to pull their app up on my phone to see if they will be able to "fit" a haircut in for one of my kids while I am out & about.

When I see that they have a wait of 30 minutes or less, I sign them up, and they are able to get a haircut within 20 minutes.

For this busy mama, it is very useful to "fit in" a haircut after grocery shopping or dropping something off at Kohl's in the shopping center.
