Great Clips in Raleigh provides affordable haircuts for all, including men, women, and children. They offer a variety of services such as haircuts, beard trims, bang trims, and shampooing. The salon is open during evenings and weekends, and walk-ins are welcome or customers can check-in online to skip the wait. However, one customer had a negative experience when they arrived at the salon, only to find it closed early, despite having checked in online.
On the other hand, many customers have had positive experiences with Great Clips. One customer has been visiting the salon for around 8 years and has always received friendly and respectful service from different stylists. They have never received a bad haircut and plan to continue visiting the salon.
Great Clips also provides excellent customer support and technical training, as one customer had a great experience with their Geek agent. Overall, Great Clips in Raleigh offers a range of hair care services at affordable prices with friendly and skilled stylists.
I really like the experience here. I just came 30 minutes before closing the store.
Gracious , The lady who did my haircut, she did it so precisely I really liked my final look, and even the other guy who is working in the store seems very friendly and welcoming to the customers
Gracious cut my husband's hair today and did an amazing job. He always gets a really tight fade, which is actually a hard cut to do. She most definitely knows exactly what she's doing and bc of that we will be getting her to cut his hair from now on.
My 2 y/o son couldn’t get a cut at a nearby salon that caters exclusively to kids because they cancelled my appointment (more on that for another review). I got in right away and our stylist, Ms. Gracious, was incredible. She was very patient, took her time, and have my son a wonderful cut. He can be quite anxious but she had an aura of calm that he immediately vibed with.
Thank you, Gracious for getting us in and being patient with my son!
