They care. It’s that simple. I had a list of questions that I wasn’t able to ask for while or appointments where I was shuffled in and out. But Galatians? They took the time to answer and made suggestions if they couldn’t (“we can try A, B, or C but really a specialist referral will help”). Can’t say enough how much they’ve helped.

I love this place. The only people who don't are those who've had experiences with employees who didn't want to be at this place or their ungrateful. If it wasn't for this place more than half of the underserved community would be at the health department. Hopefully grace is learned and given as it is to the population who is served here.

First time at new location.... So disappointed... No one told me to bring my depo because normally they have it there... Now all of a sudden when I get there, she gone ask me do I have my depo with me? Well no because no one told me! Smh 😔 😠

I would never recommend this Drs office, after several calls concerning birth control I went in to have mine replaced and they told me they are only aloud to take it out, then have to wait a week to replace it. I show up for my appointment a week later and the office isn't even open. Such ridiculousness, go anywhere else.

This drs office shows no real concern or care for their patients. I have been given the run around for months on my care and have also been given different drs without warning. I had a dr who said I needed an iron transfusion by the end of the week she was nolonger there. I was given another Dr. and was told No, i felt like I was dying for months. Neglected as a patient as of this year. Several Problems with this office for not communicating with insurance companies to get medications approved. Leaves you without care for months on end and will not show any sense of urgency no matter how sick you are, makes promises to follow through and doesn't. I will be changing Dr's offices. You want to know your physicians care and make you and your health a priority. This place lacks in that dept. Noone should ever have to wait 3 months for prescriptions all due to drs not picking up the phone to make a verbal authorization for a patient. Takes less than 5 mins. They don't care about you, you're just a paycheck. This place needs to be reported to the medical board.

I just want to say that I have been going to this Office since it was called Aplus Primary Care, and I will say things Now Are Completely Different in the Best Way!! From the Smiles to the Kind, Respectful Greet and Patience From the Front Desk Receptionist To the Entire Staff,I Would Recommend Anyone and Their Families to Make This Your Primary Care Service!! I have to say that Dr Cassandra Has Been and Is Truly A Blessing To Me and My Famiy in So Many Ways!! If You're Looking For a Dr. Who Doesn't Just Care For You, But Cares About You and Makes It Her Priority to Keep You Healthy, Mentally, Emotionally and Mentally!! She is Truly Along With Her Nursing Staff Heaven Sent ❤❤🙌!!! Dont Believe Me, Just Go Try Them Out Yourself and Spread The Good News Yourself 🤗

This place is getting really bad and so unprofessional, I had an appointment at 10 and waiting for 15 minutes for them to call me and wait another 40 minutes in the room and still nobody come and see me saying that the dr is really behind. So I left the place and talk to the front desk so they can refund my copayment since nobody comes to see me and well of course they didn’t do anything. Usually I waited 15,20 minutes I don’t mind but this time waiting for an hour?

This place is the worst doctors office. The staff is extremely ghetto and rude. Very unprofessional! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Maybe that’s why they are closing this facility off of New Bern in Raleigh, NC.

I received excellent prenatal care here for my second pregnancy. All of the office staff are so kind and thorough, especially the midwife Cassandra. She really takes her time with patients to make sure all your concerns have been answered and you have everything you need. Sometimes you might end up waiting a little longer to see someone because of this, but I would rather wait an extra 15 minutes than be rushed through my appointment and not have my concerns addressed. I especially appreciated being seen at 2 weeks and 6 weeks after birth - most other practices only do a 6 week appointment! I felt genuinely cared for at every step of the way.

Got a text saying they were closing down by the end of July. Then I checked these reviews and they were poor. I don't beleive that has to do with the closing. The staff was not knowledgeable during my visit. It's a black owned business, and major issues were dismissed because of my color and historical issues based on race being normalized when it isn't. I had to go somewhere else for proper treatment. The other place took the issue very seriously, said if I would've waited too late a blood transfusion would have been needed. When I was dismissed by Galatians and told my follow up would be in a month while I was in dire condition, I could have needed emergency care. Galatians failed to provide care, only provided statistics. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
