This was My first experience at a chiropractor and I was nervous as to not know what to expect. I walked into the office, and the front desk staff were super welcoming, professional and nice. The lobby itself was very comfortable as well. I immediately felt better.

Dr McKenzie is phenomenal. She is very professional, kind, and reassuring. She talks you through each step of the process, allows you to ask questions, and makes sure you are comfortable before she begins. I highly recommend seeing Dr McKenzie for your chiro needs!

For decades, the muscles in my neck, shoulders, and back carried extreme tension. It was as if they were stuck in a defensive mode, just trying to protect me. It was limiting not just my daily comfort, but also my ability to work out and lift weights effectively.
Since beginning care with Dr. Frederick, my body has shifted completely. The chronic tightness has eased significantly, and my body feels like it’s finally working with me allowing me to get more out of my workouts and feel stronger in my body.
It honestly feels like my body has moved from a defensive state into an offensive one that is supporting my goals rather than holding me back.
