Fogg HVAC Inc. replaced both my upstairs and downstairs Heat/air. Stanley Fogg listened to what I was looking for and presented me a reasonable estimate for that. I had contacted several other companies, most didn't bother to listen and gave me estimates for systems I didn't want or need. The installation was prompt. His workers were polite, friendly and professional. Duke Energy recommended 4 companies, I contacted 2 other companies. Fogg HVAC won the bid, hands down. Not just on price but on how everything was handled before presenting the estimate. To top it off my sump pump died, a toilet sprung a leak and my water heater started leaking. Mr. Fogg recommended a wonderful plumber and followed through to make sure I was able to get the repairs done. I can't recommend Fogg HVAC enough.
Our AC went out over the weekend. We called the company we normally used and they sent out a tech that basically told us because the unit was frozen we need to replace it and the cost would be $3000-$8000. Fogg, was Recommended to us by a friend and we’re glad she did. They sent Jose and he was excellent to work with. Took his time to ask questions of what had been done previously and then begin to troubleshoot. Within a hour he found the issue, repaired it and it cost under $300 to repair. Not $8000. He was very knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Making us aware of everything he was doing along the way and his findings. Definitely requesting his services moving forward.
I anticipated a furnace replacement and was all studied up. It failed right before Christmas. Fogg HVAC came recommended by Duke Energy as a preferred contractor and Angi recommended. Fogg HVAC was one of the several contractors I called. Stanley was the first to respond and gave me a simple, no nonsense and complete quote that I instantly accepted. My Gas Pack was swapped out three days later. It looks and performs fantastic. Stanley knew just what I needed. Many thanks and I;m a customer for life.
