Dr. Fox is the best veteranrian we have seen with our dog. He is willing to answer any questions and it never feels rushed and he genuinely wants your concerns answered to make sure you are comfortable with any treatment options.

Recently moved to Raleigh and was weary of switching vets. I saw several raving reviews for Falls Village and decided to give them a call as I considered switching to this practice. The receptionist I spoke with was incredible- she took the time to answer the many questions I had, shared the company's mission and their strive for excellence, and assured me this is a wonderful practice who goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care. They were able to schedule me quickly for our first vet. It's a great feeling to already be impressed. Looking forward to getting established with this clinic :) Thank you Falls Village!

I took my dog here and was extremely disappointed with the visit. I’ve taken her here before and while it’s not always been A+ care it was nothing like today. My dog does tend to be a little nervous, but they did not even try to comfort her. You wouldn’t have known a dog was in the room. They tried to stick her on meds of course. I’ve taken her to Clayton animal Hospital and they never have had an issue with her. The vet tech Sadie did not acknowledge my dog when she walked in. She was not friendly and challenging and pushing me on decisions that I was making for my dog . She proceeded to be stand offish the rest of the visit. That was my last time going to this vet.

I have to tell you..I’m a veterinarian professional..had to find another hospital for Bubba..my dog.. and was very anxious about it. I went to Falls Village and was grateful at the care Bubba and I received. We saw Dr. Fox and his assistant Abby Fisher…I felt heard..taken care of and understood. I will go back!

We have brought our dog to this practice for several years. Our experience here has always been a positive one. The front desk has always been friendly and helpful. I love Dr. Brink and Dr Zlotnick. We were able to find a medication that helps our pet after trying various other medications. I recently had the prescription refilled in office. After I picked up the prescription, I called another pharmacy to see how much the same dosage and quantity would cost there. I was blown off when they told me the price. It was LESS THAN HALF of what I had just paid. I was expecting $20, which I would have been okay with. I probably would have been okay with $30, but more than 50% more left me speechless. Just a word to the wise, check with other pharmacies before having your prescription filled here. You might save a lot of money.

We love Falls Village so much! Our dog Richard is quite difficult during his appointments and they have always been incredibly patient with us and him and have never made us feel embarrassed or inconvenient. The front desk staff are also incredibly kind and are super knowledgeable. There have been many times where I call them with a question and they will spend time with you talking through it with such a great attitude. We moved about 30 minutes from Falls Village but we still make the trip because they are worth it!!

Words cannot express how wonderful this place is and these people are. I’ve moved out of the area and still drive 40 minutes just to see Dr. Cassidy because she is so compassionate, caring, understanding and honest. What really makes this place even more fantastic is the rest of the team that works there. They are the nicest front desk crew and techs I’ve encountered at a vet office. Phoenix always feels like is a fun day out when we go to see Dr. Cassidy. I will never not come here.

Took my cat Parker here to get an exam and rabies shot. The staff was marvelous. Due to my mobility problems the staff came out and helped me bring Parker in and then take him out when he was done. Special thanks to Mimi and Billie Jean!
