From my first interactions with Wendy at Element Service Group to my technician Mario Gutierrez this has been the best service I've encountered with a heating/air conditioning company.
With busy day to day the Element employees haven't forgotten customer service. It was a super experience with kind & intelligent professionals.

Jaiden was easy to communicate with, and was able to fix our tricky AC issue. We are happy with his service and because of that, we decided to sign-up for a regular AC maintenance. Definitely, 5-stars!
I write maybe 3-4 reviews annually. It's not my M.O.\r\r But I must say... Sebastian was EXCELLENT!!! He was patient and took the time to explain what was going on... after he meticulously diagnosed the issue. He presented both long and short term options. He is a tremendous ambassador for your business.
