We had an incredible experience working with Custom Homes, Additions & Remodels by ECI Construction NC to build our farmhouse, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.
They created a beautiful two-story home with two attached garages, perfectly set on a small hill overlooking a peaceful pond and surrounding fields. The setting alone feels calm and almost magical, but the craftsmanship of the house truly brings it to life.
Inside, the attention to detail is remarkable. The layout is warm and open, with beautiful partitions that give each space its own character while still feeling connected. The kitchen is a standout—especially the island in the center, which has become the heart of the home.
One of our favorite features is the unique wooden roof design that resembles the inside of an old boat hull, along with the stunning chimney that adds so much character. They even preserved a shelf from our original 200-year-old farmhouse, keeping a meaningful piece of our history alive in the new home.
Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent. We always felt supported, heard, and guided, as if they genuinely had our best interests and future home in mind.
The result is more than a house—it’s a warm, peaceful home filled with light, history, and thoughtful design. We are truly grateful.
ECI Custom Homes completed my new build in Wake Forest within the contracted time in 2024. Communication with Kevin the project manager was excellent as we were still residing out of state. Workmanship was very good to excellent and the few issues noted were addressed quickly and professionally. Kevin provided valuable input and suggestions. The one-year touch-ups were performed on time to our satisfaction.
