I had my first class at this location and loved the experience. The vibes and atmosphere are both excellent! Kitt Smith was the instructor and she was awesome. Great session and an even better mood to close out my day.
The attention to details, the quality instructors, and the great menu at the smoothie bar make this one of my favorite places in Raleigh. Highly recommend doing the 10-day trial membership for yoga!
I am a member at Dose and go regularly for the 60 minute daily dose. At the downtown studio, we have a great selection of instructors and styles that you can choose from. One thing unique about Dose is you can order a smoothie or meal before class (and customize it too) and it will be ready for you as soon as class ends. It feels like a luxury experience and has been worth implementing into my schedule. It was also very beginner friendly when I started my yoga practice. Now I have a lot of classes under my belt, and it is still a great environment no matter your skill level.
