Horrible communication. This company was supposed to come and look at my washing machine. I waited all day and they never came. Finally reached out to these people and they say that the guy was still busy and before even coming to assess the situation, we were told that it “SOUNDED” like a particular issue and that they would reach out to the property management to let them know what piece needed to be ordered (before even coming out here to assess the washer) . As crazy as this sounds, the property management had not heard a SINGLE word from these people when I asked had they heard from this place. If I could give a zero star I would! Don’t waste your time!

My home warranty asked for a second opinion on whether or not my dishwasher worked properly. They assigned DK to the task. The repair person was very polite and confirmed with me that the dishwasher needed to be replaced. Upon leaving my house, the repair person insured that DK would contact my home warranty company with the report stating that I needed a new dishwasher. A week pasted and DK failed to send the report to my home warranty company so the home warranty company reached out to DK and asked for the report. Another week passed by and again my home warranty Company reached out to DK asking for the report two more days pass by no report, finally the report came... read full review
