PA Holly Martin is thorough and knowledgeable and addresses all concerns clearly. I trust her completely. Appointments run on time, which I appreciate. Yes, there is a long wait for a full body check but you can easily get on the schedule every year - in the meantime, they are very accommodating for specific issues that may arise and will typically get you on the schedule within a few days. From the second I walked in, the staff made everything super comfortable—great vibe, great people. Megan was on point, taking her time with the exam and checking everything thoroughly.

She diagnosed me with nonsegmental hypopigmentation, something I’ve been dealing with for over 20 years, but she offered a new solution that was way more effective than anything I’ve been told before. She prescribed a specially compounded medication, and Ruth, the medical assistant, was an absolute pro. She took care of everything when my prescription ran into issues with prior authorization—she handled the whole back-and-forth between the pharmacy, the provider, and me like a champ.
