Everyone was absolutely fabulous.The doctor was wonderful. She really walked me through everything. She very calmly talked about the procedure. She was direct and to the point I loved the fact that she wanted to play music. Her young dermatologists in waiting, helped a lot which were her assistants, they were great. She made me feel calm and assuring.She walked me through every step.I'll have to say it's one of the best visits at a doctor's office.I've had in a very long time.Thank you.
I spoke with kim in scheduling. She told me that there were no available appts with any of the doctors that day. But upon hearing the desperation in my voice, she volunteered to reach out to the office manager to see if they could squeeze me in. She told me she would call me back when she heard back from the OM. Kim called back with an available time, and I am forever grateful!
Dr James and her “assistant” were, as always, gracious and patient, answering all my questions, and putting my mind at ease, explaining my situation in a way that I could understand!
