Chris did a great job. Checked everything and answered all of our questions. We are glad we chose Delta T. There was a very loud hum when the A/C was running which Chris traced to a loose attachment in the vent.
Cole and his team did a great job replacing our hvac system. They were fast, polite and left the area spotless. This is the second hvac they have installed in 2 years and the customer service is fantastic.
Chris was a consummate professional with great people skills and a wonderful manner about him. He clearly and thoroughly explained all issues and allowed me to see firsthand what was going on with our HVAC. He gave alternate solutions when I asked for them and the pros and cons involved. He allowed me to make informed decisions without pressure and with the benefit of his knowledge.
