My mother passed away about a week ago, and my sweet co-workers sent me flowers during my bereavement leave. These are bereavement flowers. Like the happy birthday balloon with the smile emojis? Thankfully I have a sense of humor and am not easily bothered by things that others might find insensitive and tasteless. The arrangement is beautiful and smells divine, but I'm thinking there might need to be a bit more attention to detail here. The card they printed and included with the arrangement clearly offered condolences on the loss of a loved one, so I'm note entirely sure what happened.
