We were originally referred to Nate by several trusted local contacts who spoke highly of his services and had been clients of his for years. Based on their recommendations, we entrusted him with our tax preparation this year. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing.
We first met with Nate in March and provided all of our tax documentation. Despite repeated follow-ups, he continually assured us that he would get to our returns. In May, he advised us to file an extension, citing issues with the IRS website and the need to mail in our returns instead. Since then, communication has been nearly nonexistent. Extremely unprofessional. Don’t recommend.
Nate was excellent. My wife and I were both very pleased with the exceptional level of service he provided. I look forward to working with him again next year.
