This is a very professional company. I switched from a very well-known large company that I felt was not personal and now I feel like all my concerns are met with professionalism. I also must mention that they have integrity and honesty, and when they come to inspect while you have a membership with them, they are not hesitant to do the work necessary. I highly recommend custom Termite and Pest Control to anybody in the area looking for work.

I can't recommend these guys enough!

The manager Lee has come out to my house on the weekend when I had an emergency. Their rodent expert Steven has been able to address and solve ongoing rat problems I've been having due to breaches in my crawlspace.

They've even come out for follow-ups without me having to call to ensure the issue gets resolved, and they kept trying different things until they were able to catch and kill the rodents.
Brandon did an excellent job sealing up the vents along my crawlspace and a few places under the house where rodents could get into the house.

Could not recommend more!! The staff are all very kind and friendly. Steven came out and did a fantastic job doing our first spray and gave us tips on how to keep pests from getting in. I've spoken with Julie and Jackie multiple times and they are always lovely. And even with the start of spring we are seeing no pests in our house! It's great to support a locally owned business. ?
