I had put off an awning repair because I didn't want to deal with the usual run around with finding/hiring a handyman. Brian made scheduling painless and Carl showed up right on time. He was friendly, efficient, AND knowledgeable! Refreshing experience!
My experience with Cransten was very positive. Carl Van Note, the serviceman assigned to the job, did a great job mounting curtain rods in my home. When I have projects in the future, I'll call Cransten and ask for Carl.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Cransten. Carl Van Note was the gentleman who assembled a high-end desk for my home office... and he was absolutely fantastic. Carl showed up on time, he was kind and very knowledgeable, and was most careful with removing some old office furniture and bringing in the new desk for assembly. Throughout the process he was very methodical and respectful of the office space; and we talked throughout his time assembling the furniture. What a professional!!When we have handyman work needed at our home, I will most definitely reach out to Carl; I encourage people to specifically request him!!
