    I recently ordered two pairs of glasses, and both have defects related to the lens cutting.
    In the first pair, one of the lenses was cut too small and rattles within the frame.
    In the second pair, the lenses were cut too large, which caused the frame weld on the side to break.

    My husband and I arrived at the Costco optical center around 10 to 8 and Leah was working with a lady and by herself. She gave the woman quite a bit of attention so we got on the waiting list came off the waiting list, did some shopping, and rejoined the waiting list. When we returned, she still had two people in front of us. I felt bad for her working by herself until she was rude to us as her last customers. She went on to say if your frames are not from Costco we can’t put new lenses in them, after explaining the glasses were from Costco. Then she went on to say I’m closing in seven minutes.     I bought my classes with them and surely will not go back for my next prescription. They tell you to scan a QR code and wait, but I watch people who came after me (scan the QR code) and they all got called before me. Waited almost for 1 hour. Of course, not even 5 minutes after I walked away they removed me from their queue. Horrible service there, they may want to re-evaluate their approach to wait time ( are you call people based on the service they need or by arrival time).?
