They do such a great job. You never know how a kid will do in the salon chair but the stylists are always so calm and patient and manage to do a great job on even on our super wiggly kids. I love bringing my kids here and have had only good experiences!

Took our 16 month old son for his first haircut. He had a blast, Tiffany did an amazing job and was great with him! Very kid friendly, great value and a great cut! Love the first haircut certificate and balloon he got as well! Will definitely be back!

We love Cookie-Cutters!! They are extremely friendly and warm to the kids. My kids always feel immediately comfortable. We have used several stylists and are happy with each one! Would definitely recommend!

Ananiyah was AMAZING with my little girl. My little one was so nervous before going in there but she felt so much better after getting into that pink little car and having Ananiyah cut her hair! She was so nice and did such a great job! We will be going back to her for sure!

Took my 5 year old there for a shampoo and cut. You had to wait in the car until your appt, hand sanitizer was provided when you first walked in, stations were wiped down after each child, and everyone had on masks. Ananiyah was patient, fast, and efficient. She also recommended some products to use. My daughter was soooo happy with her hair. Looking forward to the next Appt

Staff is very professional and the place was spotless. I watched them clean extensively between clients. Super sweet to my kids and gave them each a personal experience that made them fee special and beautiful.

Just took my two-year-old son for his first haircut. Ananiyah did a terrific job and handled my squirmy toddler very well with much patience. It's a great idea to have the trucks and TV shows!! Love it!!

Took our 20 month old son for a haircut to your Raleigh location and we had Sherry!Sherry was very rude and very unprofessional! Don’t even know where to start. I guess she prefers easy/fine texture customers for a quick 10 min cut.My son’s hair is thick and he is a toddler so there is no way it would take 10 min to cut his hair. Sherry became visibly upset and told us multiple times that her next appointment is here. She was ready for us to go and even refused to blend in my son’s hair. She wanted me to comb my son’s hair again in order for her to do so! The hair was combed, multiple times.She is mean and has no patience to work with kids. Very rough too, my son cried throughout the whole thing.Very disappointed at the treatment we received at your shop. Terrible experience!Need to find a kid friendly shop for my baby. Never again!

Took my son yesterday for a haircut. He's 3yrs old and has autism, and let me tell you Sherry did an outstanding job!!! I had to reschedule and she was very pleasant to talk to and when I arrived she was very welcoming. I explained the experiences I had with my son and his high sensory to his head and ears, and she was like it's ok. Sherry did an phenomenal job and I would recommend anyone to take their child there just for her!!!
