Great experience with Caleb - came out quickly, even in this heat wave when you know they’re busy. Was able to get my unit repaired same day and back up and running. Timely, helpful, and speedy!
Caleb was prompt and efficiently completed a heat and cool system annual maintenance. Explained the few recommendations they had to support continued system health along with the prices. We said yes to some and no to others and they were not pushy at all, very matter of fact and explained why they were recommending each item. Quickly completed the items we selected. All in all a solid experience with comfort hounds.
Super pleased with the service we received from Comfort Hounds. Our upstairs unit had a power failure the day before the low was supposed to drop below freezing. I was able to schedule same-day service through their online booking tool. Caleb easily discovered the source of the short and had everything fixed up in no time. Will definitely use them again in the future!
