ComForCare has been great to work with from beginning to end. We started with my mother coming out of the hospital on a Friday and we had a planned vacation to start the next Monday. ComFirCare's nurse was willing to come out to Mom's house to do an evaluation on Saturday, a day she normally didn't work, so that we might have some able to be with Mom the following week. ComForCare always was able to provide help when needed - they never left us hanging. When we found a ComForCare companion who Mom particularly like, ComForCare worked with us to see if she might always be Mom's caregiver. Comforcare is a service provided to my dad by the VA. We have been so very lucky that the VA provides this service and that such a genuine and professional company works with the VA. Before Comforcare, we tried two other companies that were third-party vendors, and they needed to be better. Comforcare is top-notch. Excellence from the Direct, the Nurse, Cynthia, and all the aides has been remarkable in having my dad in great hands. He is always reliable, on time, and willing to work with my dad getting sick, and all the aides are great with his stubbornness.
