Every time I try to come to this business there's always something going on. Today I tried to get propane and no one is to be found on site and the door is unlocked. Walked around the property hollering no one. They hardly ever answer their phone. I will not come back here again. Unprofessional:
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! There is one on six forks road in Raleigh (5 min down the street) that is much better and have professional employees. I made a reservation here for a 15' truck this past Saturday, they did not have the truck, and were not willing to help find an alternative option. The girl working there was unbelievably rude, and pretended to be unaware of the renters guarantee by u-hual that will give a $50 credit if they do not have your equipment. She then proceeded to give us the wrong address to a new location (which I believe she did on purpose) and charged my card twice for the truck that we never received. Luckily, I called customer service and got all charges reversed AND the $50 renters guarantee with no problems. Seems as though the staff here does not want to work here, help their customers, or do anything but sit at their desk and slack off. Please do not use this location, whatever you do, unless you want to be treated with disrespect.
Workers were unprofessional and not helpful when it came to picking up our rental. We spent approximately 45 minutes just to get keys to pick up a 10' U-Haul, since the workers weren't assisting the customers they had in line. We had to switch to a 15' U-Haul as the 10' was reserved already in the morning and the workers thought it'd be best for us to have it as we can return it tomorrow. We ended up getting charged additionally for a late fee because of this even though the workers never made us aware. The workers also gave us keys to a truck that wasn't on their property after me and my partner looked on all sides of the building for it. So we had to go back inside and receive new keys for a different truck. All of this could've been resolved with better customer service so we could've had the truck we wanted in the first place and we wouldn't have taken so long to return the truck that had ended up charging us a late fee.
