Working with April was such a wonderful experience. I considered three different vendors, and Closets by Design won by a landslide due to April and her design skills. We have a small ADU where we needed to design a Murphy bed with shelving to also accommodate my work-from-home office/kitchenette space. She listened to my vision and brainstormed with me on several different ways to accomplish it. She was willing to get creative and was also incredibly patient and detail-oriented to get the dimensions just right to work for two very different uses - hosting guests (storing bedding, creating a nightstand with outlets, etc.) and my everyday office space (housing a microwave,... read full review

Closets by design sent a designer out to our home to measure and understand what we were looking for. Nicole , our design consultant, did an excellent job taking our ideas and making them flow in the space available. We took an area that was a catch all room and turned it into a dry bar and organized storage. Nicole was patient and worked to make sure we had what we wanted and she was open to our “what if “ questions and spent the time necessary to get it right. The installation was on time and the workers were courteous and cleaned up after they were finished. We added to our job by putting wall cabinets above our washer and dryer as well. We are very happy with our closets by design in Master closet- linen closets- Laundry room and Pantry. Our rep was Nicole Clayton, she was very patient and understood our concept. Her pleasant personality, quick response time and tolerance for any changes made it an enjoyable experience.
The install team, Abraham and Adam are very pleasant to work with and we enjoyed working with them both. Abraham explained each part of the process as needed and was very helpful. We were reassured with his expertise and knowledge of the product.
It was a very good experience for us with both the design consultant and their install team.
