I have been going here since 2013 when I did the big chop and my 11 year old daughter started going 3 years ago I have had great experiences every time not to mention my hair is now down the middle of my back ?

The owner is super greedy. I went to get the edges of my hair rebraided I took them out myself & she had the nerve to charger me 100 for that. The style total cost me 180 how is it to braid the edges would cost 100 dollars.

I have been going there about 6 times and have had a couple concerns but went there because they continued to my box braids in 2 1/2 hours tops. Although the owner has AWFUL customer service, doesn’t listen, and tries to screw over her customers. This time was the last time I will be going...she got the wrong color for my braids, charged me $20 extra even though I showed the pictures prior of me getting the same hair. They always have two girls braiding and only one today so I ended up being there for 8 1/2 hours and my braids are two different colors and she didn’t tell me to she was done with it. They never face you in front of a mirror and I do not recommend going...read full review
