Used them twice - great care in cleaning and repair if needed. Pick and delivery available and they will lay the carpets down if needed. Above and beyond in skill and customer service. Highly recommend!
We just got our rugs back from Caravan Rugs ... six of them ... all valuable oriental rugs. WE ARE AMAZED at the transformation! Each rug absolutely shimmers with new life and vivid color. We could not possibly be more pleased with the end result. And on top of everything, the men who (re)installed them were impeccable professionals: so polite; so committed to getting the placement just how we wanted it.
