I absolutely adore Bungalow! Erin and all of the hairstylists are just top notch. I went to the same hair stylist for 25 years and switched to Erin, owner of Bungalow. Erin, and her fellow associate Meredith, even did the hair and makeup for my wedding. Not only is Erin talented and patient, but the shop is adorable and centrally located in Raleigh. Highly recommend!

I just had my second cut and color with Erin! I have gotten more compliments on my hair the past two days than ever before. She took the time to listen to what I wanted before applying any color or doing the cut. Erin and her staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. This Mom walked out feeling refreshed and looking good for a date night.

Erin and the staff at Bungalow go above and beyond to make clients feel beautiful. The space is clean, bright, and radiates positivity. The stylists are all talented, creative, and listen to their customers. I cannot speak highly enough of this salon. I love Bungalow and cannot say enough good things about the owner and stylist, Erin. I’ve been going to Erin for years and to Bungalow since it’s opening. I’ve literally never felt better about my hair. In addition, Bungalow’s space is adorable, comfortable and convenient. I highly recommend visiting Erin and Bungalow.

Have you ever gotten home after an appointment and thought- hmm this isn’t what I wanted (even though you thought it looked ok at the salon)? ??♀️MOST salons I’ve been to are always willing to make it right if your not happy. (Especially when your paying ~$300 for color!)Don’t expect this level of service here. The stylist and salon owner “disagreed” with me, that my color was not what I wanted. But… shouldn’t it really be the customer’s opinion that matters (not how well they think they did.)I’m writing a negative review not because the color isn’t what I wanted… I’m posting because salons should provide great color service AND great customer service. Especially when your mission statement is:“It is our goal to make sure you feel your best both in salon and beyond. We strive to make your #hairgoals a reality for all those post appointment selfies!”Services: Hair colouring

I’ve been seeing Erin for years and I have never come away disappointed! I got my hair highlighted for the first time with her and it was so tasteful and well blended that when I walked out of the salon, someone in the parking lot asked me who did my hair because it looked amazing! Even when I go in not really knowing what I want and just have her do what she thinks is best, I end up loving it! Erin is also just so kind and professional. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful space! I had a great experience working with Erin on my wedding hair! She worked with me on getting the look I envisioned and made dreams come true. It held all day long! We tried a few different updos and they all looked great. I've also seen her cut/coloring work via her professional Instagram account and she is very talented.
