I have lived at my current home for a decade and have had Bolton out for plumbing, electrical and HVAC work. They have always delivered in a timely fashion, most recently just this week. My AC fried and started blowing hot air (not a good thing in July in NC) - I ended up calling them late in the day, and they asked if it was okay if they sent someone the next day (I believe they well do an expedited/emergency service for a fee, but I haven't used it), I said sure, got a time frame. The HVAC tech made it out in that time frame, had a bad board diagnosed, found the replacement part, returned and swapped it all in the course of a few hours. Anthony came to our home to repair plumbing issue. He was professional and courteous. He explained to us what was going on and what it would take to correct the issue. Very nice young man and helpful to us! He was much appreciated!!
I highly recommend Bolton Construction & Services for plumbing, electrical & HVAC work! I had a leak in my ceiling from a pipe in an upstairs bath & Drew & Javier took care of the problem quickly & efficiently. They were a great team & very helpful in explaining the problem & resolving it. 10 stars for both Drew & Javier. Thank you!
