I’ve had very mixed experiences here and don’t think I’ll be back. First time I went I had a great pedicure, but a few weeks after that I had an appointment for acrylics. It resulted in 4 different conversations to ultimately not get the color I had asked for. Instead of telling me they weren’t sure how to get that color and asking me to pick a third option, they tested at least 3 different colors instead of listening to me specifically stating what I wanted. After shopping at whole foods, I randomly walked in with no appointment–no problem. The nice lady was to herself but did her thing. Prices are modest–$47 for a pedicure French tip plus massage and warm towel. While I'm presently 25 mins away, If I'm in the area again, I wouldn't mind stopping back inServices: Foot massages

So I chose to go to this salon since it is literally 5 minutes from where I live. At first, everything was great and I was beginning to go regularly for dip powder, pedicures, and eyebrow waxing. They are on the expensive side, but if they actually do a good job I don’t mind paying extra AND I still tipped at least $20. The last few times I have gone in, the staff has not been as friendly and the last dip powder set I received was TERRIBLE. My nails had cracked and broken off weeks before it was time to get them done again. They didn’t even make it the “recommended” 2 weeks.
