Belk is a department store that offers a wide range of products, including men's and women's clothing, shoes, beauty and fragrances, home décor, and kitchen appliances. During the holiday season, shoppers can find a variety of gifts for everyone on their list. This Belk has an outlet store on the first floor with outlet prices and a huge dress selection. The second floor is the original Belk. The store is really big and has good customer service, with an amazing sales associate in the ladies department. There is a fantastic dress selection and good deals on good stuff.
Surprisingly a great place to shop, especially since it is a Belk outlet. This facility is clean and organized. Associates were friendly and they happily answered questions. The price of most items were truly a bargain. The items were of outstanding quality, just like you was shopping at a Belk store.
This Belk has an outlet store! 2nd floor is an original Belk. You have to park on the first level or go down the escalator in the main mall to get to the 1st floor of the store. First Floor is all outlet prices items. Almost identical to the upstairs store. Huge dress selection!
The downstairs is closed off - had to go in through the second story mall entrance, but signs on the outside didn’t inform that.
Once I found my way inside the dress selection was fantastic.
