Idk WHERE these negative reviews are coming from! This is my first time here and John and Vivian took SUCH great care of me! I have rough feet and they went to work! Their prices are very reasonable and they have excellent service! Ill be back for sure!
I've gotten my eyebrows waxed here three times now and I think this will be my go-to place for eyebrow waxes. She does a consistently great job and I'm always in and out.
UPDATE- It's 12/2025 and I still go here for all my waxing/nail needs. Vivian and John are great and she still does a wonderful job.
Vivian and John are professional yet personable.
I really like the fact that appointments are by appointment only meaning you come in ready to go. No sitting and waiting. There's usually only one or two clients at a time.
I've been coming here for 2 years and have never been disappointed.
