Nicole is an amazing provider. She truly listens and takes the patient’s concerns seriously instead of dismissing what they know about their own body. If she disagrees with something, she explains her reasoning respectfully and thoughtfully. That level of communication and trust is rare.
I found Nicole almost two years ago, and I now drive 50 miles just to keep her as my primary care provider. Highly recommend.

Scam fees and bad communication. I went for a short doctor visit last October just a quick checkup. Payed the $180 out of pocket they qouted me. Two months later I got an extra bill for $230 for office fees. I called billing twice they said they’d send it over to see what happened because it looked like a mistake. I never heard anything and now I’m getting calls that it went into collections. No walk in basic checkup should cost $410.

Tamara, the phlebotomist is absolutely amazing. She performs her job well. To add, the professionalism she displayed, coupled with her bedside manner, patience, and warm countenance made for a pleasant visit. I think some of the other staff could really take some pointers from her, specifically those at the front desk. I've been a patient at Avance-Strickland for years and have seen lots of people come and go. I pray she stays!

Never had any issues here. Claire Nobles is seriously the best, always listens to my concerns and handles them properly as well as referring me quickly when needed. I would recommend her to anyone!

I visited the office in person and was later charged for a service that I did not approve or agree to. This charge was never clearly explained beforehand. I expect transparency and consent before any billing, so this experience was disappointing.

I seen Tamara for blood work and she is AMAZING!!! I am usually quick to be quesy and pass out due to how long it takes to take blood from me, but she made it so quick and she is so knowledgeable and made my anxiety go away! Thank you Tamara!!!!
