When I did my appointment they said everything was cover, then the insurance denied the payment because they didn’t have the tax information from them, then they wanted to charge me when I didn’t want to come back after that horrible experience Who said as a patient you are also responsable for handing tax information from the dentist???? Insane

I’m new to Raleigh and needed to find a dentist. I relied on reviews to choose this group and I’m very happy that I did. The entire team goes above and beyond to ensure that your experience is pleasant, comfortable and that your needs/concerns are met with attention and resolve. The cadence of the visit is efficient but not rushed. The hygiene is superb - I’ve never seen so many glove changes in my life. I can’t think of a single area of improvement that I would ask for. Full five stars. Strongly recommend.

I only go to the Dentist with extreme emergency, because novacain doesn't work or last on me. But Dr. Eisenberg had no problem.giving me another shot when I burned thru a 4 hour shot of novacacain in 45 minutes. He finally got all the tooth out and sewed me up. Next day I was fine and back to eating. Best dentist I ever had in my 62 years.

Called to book, provided our insurance and confirmed before booking it was accepted and in network. A week late arrive to appointment for 1pm, sit in the lobby until 1:20 then when heading back to do X rays I’m informed “we have you listed as self pay” and tried to tell me I’ve never provided the insurance information after confirming it before the appointment. A huge waste of time and very misleading.

Front desk very kind and helpful with your questions and they help you with filling out information for new patient.The office is clean and odor free and the bonus the doctor is skillful and very kind.The entire staff is great
