I needed plumbing service and the technician was here with in 2 hours of the service call. I had a stopped up toilet. He had it cleared very quickly. I would like to thank him very much. Now I am so relieved.
Yesterday I came home to no AC! I called ARS immediately and they scheduled me an appointment for today!
So the technician Daniel Hollinger showed up today!
His professionalism and knowledge was unmatched!
He found the solution in less than two hours!
I was super impressed and thankful!
What I like about this company is that they always have availability and good technicians. If your system breaks your not waiting days. We had some problems with the install of the new AC but we worked it out. They were trying to be too careful sue to Covid but I understand. Last tech came to fix an issue today and he was great.
