Alpine electric was FANTASTIC! We had them come out for our hot tub electric install and to do some extra work on a pavillion we had built. They were EXTREMELY profesaional, their work was flawless and they were super helpful. They were very knowledgeableand gave great advice on quedtions we had. They were right on time everyday and worked very hard and diligently throughout the day to complete our project in 2 days! We would absolutely hire them again for any electric work needed and most definitely have already been recommending to friends!10 out of 10!

We have known and used Al for over 15 years. He has always been the most professional, on time, fast worker and absolutely the best electrician we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is a delight to work with and has found solutions to problems that have perplexed other electricians and fixed them quickly and efficiently. Al was very professional, knowledgeable, offered good suggestions and was a pleasure to work with. He was working with the company that was constructing a sunroom for us. He installed all the outlets, lighting inside and out and the ceiling fan. He always called the day before to make sure it was okay to come and always let us know what time he would be there. No complaints whatsoever.

Set up service with this company and agreed to wait a week for service for two different stores in Raleigh and Durham because he stated he was very busy. I called the day before service and he said he would be there. I called the day of service to confirm and he told me he will not be going because he is too busy with other jobs and if I wanted him to go I will have to wait weeks. Not only did I have two jobs set that I waited a week for service for but he didn't even take the time to be a decent human being and call me and let me know he wouldn't be going. I don't understand how people run their business this way. Aside from being completely unprofessional he now made my work day a lot harder now that I have to be in panic mode to find a new technician asap since our customer has now been waiting a week and is expecting service today. His actions make me look terrible. Completely unreliable and deserves zero stars.
