Our technician Chris arrived on time and diagnosed the problem and resolution rather quickly. He was also very helpful explaining what type of bi-yearly maintenance we will need. So we signed up with Aire Serv of Wake County at a very reasonable fee.

This company was very professional and compassionate about our situation. They ordered parts and got the issue resolved without petty finger pointing at previous AC techs or other businesses. We had an experience with this company a month or so ago where two techs came in and they were supposed to fix something and ended up breaking some kind of screw or something and just left. We ended up having to call back and the manager came out to fix it and get us back up and working. I’m sure because of all this heat we’ve had and our unit overworking, it went out again. Aireserv came out again and the techs name this time was Chris. He was very informative and answered any questions we had. He fixed our issue and got us back up and working again.

Ralph Nichols arrived as scheduled and showed knowledge and great customer skills to repair my unit. Also the office person who conversed with me about my call was polite. This was my second service call with this company and I bought a maintenance agreement for the future. Great job!
