Our experience with Advantage had been nothing short of Amazing. Our Inspector Kelly S. was nice and thorough. After his inspection of our new-build, he walked us through his findings (which were thankfully minor) and even broke down some of the features of the house. That knowledge made the walk through with the builder a breeze! He even added helpful suggestions on how to maintain the home that will last us a lifetime.
I will definitely be referring Advantage Home Inspections to anyone I know that's in the home-buying process.
Extremely thorough multi-system inspection with very helpful suggestions and recommendations. The septic system alone saved us $$$ and extreme aggravation if learned after closing. Service, timeliness, and professionalism all excellent.

Daniel was on time, detail oriented and did a great job evaluating a twenty year old home that appeared to be in very good condition. He found things to discuss with seller that were not obvious and speaks to his expertise. Great job.
