Mike is a perfectionist in the best way, an excellent communicator, and cares about service. He's GREAT! He originally inspected my gas log fireplace. Much later on when the glass cracked he helped investigate, ordered the new glass, and installed it for me. He checks in and lets you know about the order progress, and shows up when he says he will. He's kind, cares about customer service, and does great work! If you have gas logs or a wood burning fireplace, he's your guy!
I've been using Mike for about 5 years now to inspect, clean, and repair my wood burning fireplace. He has always done an excellent job. I've now added power washing services into my annual visit from him, and I'm so happy with the result! My patio is so white it can probably be seen from space!
