At 110 Yoga, they teach with a PRI mindset. The Chronic back pain I struggled with for years is now gone. Great location in Downtown Raleigh with plenty of parking, Fantastic teachers that know what they're doing and yes, you get a cold towel at the end.

I was in Raleigh visiting my son and discovered 110 Yoga. I do a lot of hot yoga and love my practice in Georgetown, so I’m Often reluctant to try new places since they typically don’t parallel the teachers or experience to which I am accustomed.this was NOT the case for Cristina’s class. She was a superb teacher, providing excellent verbal instructions, coupled with a soft, yet affirming delivery. I loved doing new poses and exercises with her. I appreciated her demonstrations, and the fact that she provided options for many other poses. I can’t wait to go back to 110 Yoga And take her class again. I live in Wilson, NC, I figure I drive to Raleigh to try 110 Hot Yoga. I previously had tried a different studio and I didn’t feel it was the right place for me. I got to the counter and Addie the instructor was there. She greeted me with a smile, explained everything and made me feel comfortable when I told her I was somewhat a beginner. While taking the class, the yogi next to me gave me a pump fist at the end. That was nice, felt I was in the right spot. I also had a good conversation with the fellas in the locker. I really enjoyed her class, I enjoyed the pace where you can actually have time to have the right form or at least try too. I will be back for... read full review
