“Great staff. The rates seemed a bit expensive (and yes, my pups stayed in the Pawsidential, so I get that it is a premium room for them) - esp. for stays of more than a few days. Also, there should be (IMHO) discounts not only for Active Military, but also Retired, and for longer stays (more than 3-4 days) - it doesn't have to be a big discount - say 3% or 5% - and if you're retired military and having the dogs stay for a bit, then bump the discount up a little more.
The Pawsidential suite at the front of the building has one (minor) problem: The AC doesn't seem to be set appropriately - esp. for dogs that have long fur - our two Siberians handled it ok, but I'd have preferred it a little cooler for them. For short-haired dogs it was fine. One other thing that would REALLY be great, would be pictures (they can be digital) sent every other day or so of the dog(s) playing outside, or on their walks. That should be an automatic. Other than that, I'd board my dogs there again - even with the high rates - and yes, I'd definitely recommend the larger suites for more than 2+ dogs being boarded together with each other.
