Eric and his team were no time, professional and educational. They installed a generator and other minor electrical jobs. I will be using them again in the future as we have needs come up. Bear Rock Electric (Eric Albrick) was outstanding to work with in getting my Generac generator repaired. When the generator motor seized, I had to deal directly with Generac in getting a replacement motor since it was under warranty. My home is located on Ocracoke Island, outside Bear Rock’s service area, and with Eric’s help and many phone calls to Generac’s Service Department, we were able to get a new motor sent to Bear Rock. Eric kept me informed throughout the entire process. He ensured me when the motor came into his facility he would get me scheduled ASAP, and he kept to his word.
