We wasn't expecting to receive prompt same day service when I called. Glenn and David showed up with very professional, knowledgeable, outstanding workmanship. Glenn and David explained everything in detail. Prices were great and the best part of this experience was, they cleaned and covered up any mess that may have hit the ground. I have dogs that would find any little drop.I highly recommend Ward Bros. & will use them again on the next pumping ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Brian and Cam came today to service our septic tank. I didn't know positively the lid location. It did not matter. The gentlemen grabbed the probe and shovels. Brian found the first lid after 25 minutes or so. Cam grabbed the hoses and away he went. While he was pumping Brian was locating the second lid. 20 minutes boom! He was setting Cam up for another score! They were kind and courteous! It was a pleasure meeting them. I will give Ward brothers a call if I need anything in the future!
We had a new complete septic system put in and they did a phenomenal job. They were thorough and very knowledgeable. They were patient in explaining the whole process to us and answering all our questions. They worked quickly and left our yard flat with no piles of standing dirt. I would recommend them highly for a septic system installation.
