Heat went out on the first really cold day this year. Rodney responded the same day and although they had to order our part, they fixed our unit and made sure everything was working well before they left. Very responsive, efficient, punctual and reliable. We are very thankful for their great service!
July 4 at noon, my air conditioner thermostat stopped working. I hesitated to call anyone - knowing they had to be closed for the holidays. But, called my neighbor Dizern who is an excellent electrical professional. He came early the next morning and told me to call Rodney. I was not familiar with Rodney's business but I trusted Mr. Dizern's opinion and so glad I did! Rodney came that same morning and in less than 2 days my air conditioner is working perfect with new thermostat. Highly recommend Rodney's business, quick, professional and friendly.
We called four HVAC companies in our area, and left three messages with other companies which were not returned. Rodney answered the phone on the first ring, had a technician at our house that same afternoon, and our problem was resolved. Meanwhile the other three still haven't called us back! Looks like we have a new ac service company!
