I have an 18 year old HVAC system and the companies I've used in the past to service it have never really impressed me. It seemed like they were just going through the motions and there usually was an issue on most visits. I was spending lots of money on freon every time they came the last several of years due to leaks, although they could never find the source of the leaks.

B&T HVAC Services has never put doubt in me. Today, as we have for over 25 years, trusted B&T for our system annual summer and winter service maintenance. Not to mention the unit was installed by B&T HVAC 25 years ago.. Even with just fair wear and tear parts being obsolete or unavailable, they have the right parts connections that has kept old faithful going.
