All staff was very helpful. Doctor articulated eye health and risks informatively but still in a concise manner, very friendly as well. Jordan was quite considerate in choosing frames and explaining insurance benefits and restraints. I would recommend this office to anyone, my experience was very pleasant.

I am so glad to have Dr. Connolly as my eye doctor. His care and concern is top notch and the whole experience is a positive one topped off by his cheerful staff.

I scheduled an appointment and took the day off of work. I get there and they’re closed with a sign on the door, “closed because of weather”. It was 72 degrees with a mist of rain. No heads up, no nothing. Real professional people. Pissed me off.

Do not waste your time and money? 1970 technology. Reading letters are taped on a door in exam room. Go some where else.

Editing review 10/25: my glasses were ordered in July and I expected a delay in their arrival, due to my insurance. No one has called or left me a voicemail about them arriving. I called in Sept and was told they had not yet been received. It is now near the end of October, I called the office to find out that they were in. They have no record of ever calling me to to let me know they were recieved, they have no record of when they received them, they have no process for following up with patients, and I was informed that they have no intention of creating a process to fix this problem. I was informed that many times people don't pick up their glasses, but is not apparent to them that creating simple process of communication, including follow up calls to patients would correct the problem of patients not picking up their glasses. Additionally my pointing out these issues angered the person who answered my call, she spoke over me, through me, with a raised voice and deeply triggered hostility. The unprofessionalism was abounds. In all my years I have never spoken with a medical office that lacks accountability, processes, and temperament as this experience. She essentially blamed me for the problem,, and was angered that I dare question their lack of appropriate system of record keeping. It's quite sad really, as the Doctor in that office was spectacular at his job, and just such a kind man.
July/2025 Original review: 5 stars. I had such a wonderful experience here today. The entire staff were pleasant, welcoming, and warm hearted. My eye exam was comprehensive, and I look forward to receiving my glasses soon. The doctor was just the nicest and most competent eye doctor I've seen in years. He was able to help me attain 15/20 vision with corrective lenses. ๐โค๏ธ

The staff and eye doctor were absolutely amazing. So kind and really made us feel like family when we walked in. The doctor explained everything in detail. If you are looking for an eye doctor in the area GO HERE! Love this place!
