I have been so happy with the service and experience I had with Pittsboro Animal Hospital! I rescued a dear little cat and brought him in to be neutered. They were kind and helpful and did a great job. The surgeon was very clear about what needed to be done and my little cat recovered perfectly. He is now very healthy and enjoying a great life in my home!!!

I started bringing my animals here when I lived in Moncure, and changed vets when I moved to Sanford, to avoid the drive. The vet I went to in Sanford was TERRIBLE, so I decided it was worth the drive to get a decent vet. I've been going here for a number of years and they have been great the whole time. Definitely worth the trip.

Very caring, compassionate, and helpful animal hospital. Would recommend to anyone. When Bo could not be seen at his regular vet, they helped him cross the rainbow bridge, and end his suffering. I am forever grateful.
