Wonderful doctors who give wonderful care of our pet. I do pay for it, but they offer and don't seem to judge if I resist or refuse. They've been wonderfully comforting to the humans and pet in our family

The entire staff at Jordan Lake is very kind and competent. I have never had a bad experience with service or treatment of my animals. Their caring and expertise is so appreciated when you have an animal in need! I highly recommend them. Julia Huff-Jerome

Today, we lost our cat when we stopped at a store. I called Jordan Lake Animal Hospital (JLAH) to see if his chip had GPS capabilities. They informed us that it does not. I thanked them and said goodbye. A few minutes later JLAH called me back and asked if I was still at the store. I said yes. JLAH then offered to send some folks to help me look for my cat. I could not believe they would do that. It is so far beyond customer service - IT IS CARING SERVICE! But then again, that is always the kind of service we receive when we take our cat to them for medical care. We found our cat right as they called me back so we did not need their help.
